Martin Brault

Martin Brault is the founder and owner of Konsultech (1997), Inno-3B's sister company and co-founder of Inno-3B. Martin has over 20 years experience designing, building and selling vertical material handling systems. Within Inno-3B, he leads innovation and business development. He has a long track record of product development and management.

Pierre Boulanger

Pierre Boulanger has over 20 years experience in construction and rigging of industrial structures such as Vertical Lift Machines. He has installed and serviced hundreds of vertical material handling systems across North America. Pierre and Martin have been working together for the past 15 years. Pierre is also a co-founder of Inno-3B.

Claire Boivin

Chief Agronomist

Our chief agronomist, Claire was the first female head of culture for a large-scale closed-door production in Canada. She has 38 years of experience in commercial production. Her reputation in Quebec is a great contribution to the horticultural world and is recognized by the ensemble of agronomists she has worked with.

Andrew Matthews

Vice-President Sales

Andrew has occupied various corporate leadership positions in challenging environments since 2003 throughout the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa including Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Sudan. From 2009 to 2014 he was a partner and International Operations Director for Apple Consulting Inc, a leading engineering consulting firm in Afghanistan.
